Hahn Loeser & Parks has an opportunity for an employment litigation associate with 2 to 4 years of experience for the Labor and Employment practice area. Candidates should have management-side employment litigation experience, preferably with a mid-to-large size law firm. We are looking for an attorney who wants to develop and grow his or her expertise in employment litigation, and who can work with, and inspire confidence in, their colleagues and clients.
Experience and Qualifications
• Ohio Bar admission, in good standing, is required
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills
• Experience handling all aspects of discovery and related investigations, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes
• Experience with drafting legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and counseling clients on human resources-related matters
• Must be comfortable with managing multiple projects and deadlines
