Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is looking for an experienced corporate transactional attorney for the Columbus office with at least five years of experience in any of the following areas: middle market and lower-middle market M&A, private equity transactions, commercial real estate, and debt and equity financing. Portable business is a plus, but not required.
We are looking for candidates who want to materially influence Hahn Loeser’s future and the Columbus office’s growth in our new office space. This will entail filling a significant role not only in Columbus, but also on our business practice teams across six offices. A strong experience base, superb communication skills, and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want an opportunity to see their vision come to life, and Hahn Loeser welcomes discussions with attorneys, paraprofessionals, and/or support staff who would move as a group.
Candidates must be admitted to the Ohio bar and in good standing or be able to waive into the Ohio Bar. Please submit cover letter and resume to Jodi L. Bosak, Manager of Legal Personnel and Recruiting, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hahn Loeser was founded over a century ago, when groups of Jewish and Catholic lawyers pioneered the (then) untold: uniting to form a single firm that embraces perceived differences of all kinds, treats one another as equals, and leverages the resulting strength. We believe a diversified workforce is an innovative workforce, and consistently work to create a space that seeks, welcomes, and promotes diverse backgrounds and beliefs.
