Hahn Loeser & Parks is pleased to announce the addition of Kate Wexler as Senior Attorney in the Business Practice Area to the Cleveland office.
Wexler joins the firm from Brouse McDowell, where she spent the last four years in their Corporate and Securities group. Her focus is advising clients in multiple industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private and public finance, and securities compliance. Her contract experience includes stock and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, credit and security agreements and commercial leases.

Wexler’s depth of experience includes having served as special counsel to a state agency’s economic development loan program, assisting as bond counsel to a state agency’s bond issuance of nearly $100 million in revenue and refunding bonds and working internal investigation for clients related to a break of an exclusive licensing agreement and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Wexler earned her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an M.B.A. from St. John’s University in New York and a B.A. from Vassar College.
