Mr. Hilliard joins Hahn Loeser’s Estate Planning Group. He focuses his practice on a variety of estate planning areas, including trusts & estates, estate and gift tax, corporate tax, and partnership tax. Mr. Hilliard is experienced in analyzing client data to prepare presentation strategies and materials, working with wealth strategists to develop comprehensive wealth and estate plans for clients, and reviewing trust distributions for inheritance, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and capital gains tax implications.
