Cleveland, Ohio (November 6, 2017) – Hahn Loeser & Parks is pleased to announce the addition of Ariel Lipsky as an Associate in the Labor & Employment practice area.
Lipsky joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice from Keis George LLP, where she spent four years as an associate specializing in subrogation litigation and representing insurance companies and self-insured businesses throughout the United States. She has experience in all phases in litigating subrogation claims in the areas of property damage, automobile subrogation, commercial collections, products liability, contract disputes, catastrophic losses, and professional negligence. She also advises clients on compliance issues and implementing corporate and labor and employment best practices.

Lipsky earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Purdue University. While at Case Western Reserve, she was the Associate Editor and then the Executive Articles Editor for the Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. She was the Legal Writing Honors Fellow, was on the Dean’s list and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, Legal Research and Writing. She also was a judicial extern for Judge Pat E. Morgenstern-Clarren (a former Hahn Loeser partner) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and afterwards clerked for a small Cleveland firm.
