Johnson Named Partner-In-Charge in Columbus for Hahn Loeser

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Leslie S. Johnson has been named Partner-In-Charge of our Columbus Office. Her law practice’s primary focus is Business and Corporate Law, including franchise, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, trusts & estates, and immigration counseling.

Johnson’s background includes the counseling of landowners in a variety of commercial real estate matters and other corporate matters such as structure, preparation and implementation of joint ventures, and strategic partnering relationships and fiduciary duties. She regularly consults companies on compliance with employment verification and eligibility regulations and on strategies for employing foreign nationals on a temporary or permanent basis as well as representing multi-national corporations seeking to employ or transfer international personnel to the United States.

Johnson earned a J.D. from Capital University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the Ohio State University. She dedicates her free time to the community as a board member at the Unverferth House, member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a fellow of the Columbus Bar Association. Among her accomplishments, Johnson has been recognized as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyers.
