Hahn Loeser Expansion of Fort Myers Office Continues with Addition of Two New Partners

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Scott W. Duval and John D. Gast have joined the Fort Myers office as partners.

Scott Duval focuses his practice on corporate and business law as well as commercial and residential real estate, including both domestic and international projects, development, construction and lending. In addition to representing individuals and entities in the acquisition, development and financing of real property, Scott assists clients in the formation of new business entities and the purchase and sale of assets and going businesses. He performs all aspects of commercial and residential real property transactions, including preparation of leases, purchase and sales agreements, construction contracts, conveyance and financing documents.

Scott earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, his M.B.A from the College of Saint Rose, and his B.S. in Economics from Siena College. Scott is very active in the community, where he was a founding Board Member of Grace Classical Academy in Bonita Springs and was on the Board of Directors for the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce.

Gast has decades of experience working with families as they plan their estates. He has been is Southwest Florida for more than 30 years, and he concentrates his practice on estate planning, charitable gift planning, life insurance, domicile planning, probate litigation, trust and estate settlement and taxation.

Gast received his J.D. from Capital University and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. Gast has donated his time and talent to the local community as a Board Member of the David Lawrence Center and as a Gift Planning Member for the Conservancy of Southwest Florida.

Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Duval and Gast were partners at the law firm Brennan, Manna & Diamond PL in Bonita Springs.
