Myers,  Case No. 9:11-bk-19510-FMD).

Theodore L. Tripp, Jr. (lead counsel) and Kevin P. Fularczyk headed up the trial team to enforce a $60 million note and mortgage against Basil Street Partners, an entity in which Antaramian is a minority interest holder in Naples Bay Resort, a $100 million resort, condo-hotel, marina and commercial space in Naples, FL. Earlier, Hahn Loeser had successfully petitioned the court on behalf of Antaramian Properties regarding the appointment of a receiver over the Resort.
