Danielle Humphries co-presented with First Foundation Inc. Senior Vice President Lee Hausner, Ph.D. on “Trustees and Beneficiaries…Partners or Adversaries?”. The presentation highlighted the relationship complexities between trustees and beneficiaries by breaking down common goals, responsibilities, and challenges of each party. A new paradigm expanding the roles and expectations of each party was discussed as a partnership approach to managing trusts through effective communication, common goals, and appropriate expertise.
