O. Judson Scheaf III, has been elected to the partnership of Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP.
Scheaf, of Northern Delaware County, is based out of Hahn Loeser & Parks’ Columbus office and is going to focus his practice in the Business Litigation Area. Along with his extensive knowledge in civil litigation including trial and appellate work, he will also be joining our newfound Natural Resources and Emergency Services practice area.

His key experiences include his familiarity in handling complex commercial litigation matters, including construction, antitrust, oil and gas, unfair competition, patent copyright, trade secret, investment banker malpractice, and land use disputes. In addition, Scheaf has background with being a founding member of a Columbus-based boutique law firm that specializes in construction law, complex business litigation and oil and gas litigation along with his previous practice of energy law.
He received his law degree from Capital Law School, where he graduated first in his class. After law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan E. Norris, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He also earned his B.P.A. degree from Franklin University.
