Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Carrie J. Filthaut as a paralegal in the Business Practice area in the firm’s Naples office, where she will assist clients with real estate and commercial transactions, and business formations and filings related to real estate matters.
Filthaut brings more than 30 years of experience as a paralegal to Hahn Loeser and has extensive experience with residential real estate and commercial transactions, including mezzanine loans, often reviewing and drafting the contracts and agreements associated with such transactions. She works alongside attorneys and clients throughout the transaction process to ensure it is completed seamlessly.
Filthaut also oversees real estate and loan closings and works with lenders to coordinate all aspects of complex loan transactions, including construction to permanent loans with cross-collateralization of other property in and outside Florida.
Most recently, Filthaut served as a paralegal at Cheffy Passidomo, PA. She attended West Virginia University and Edison Community College, taking courses in computer programming, math and accounting.
