On June 30, 2011, Ohio Governor Kasich signed House Bill 153 which included public improvement construction reform allowing for the use of alternative construction delivery methods such as Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk delivery.As of April 26, 2012, the final Design-Build documents and Construction Manager at Risk documents have been posted on the State Architect’s Office website for use under the recently authorized alternative construction delivery methods.
