Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey S. Haut as an associate in the Litigation Practice Area in the firm’s Fort Myers office.

Haut will focus his practice on counseling corporate clients, employers, homeowners and homebuyers, contractors and individuals in Southwest Florida through a broad range of litigation matters. Haut has worked on numerous commercial litigation cases involving breaches of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, real property and title disputes, construction liens and defects, tortious interference, and trade secret misappropriation.
Haut has also represented clients who were responding to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents, and who were involved in litigation and other disputes arising from wire transfer scams, business email compromise schemes, financial fraud, identity theft, and federal and state data security and privacy laws.
Before arriving at Hahn Loeser, Haut spent three years at Vernon Litigation Group and he was named a Naples Herald “40 Under 40” honoree. Haut received his J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Haut is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, served as a 2018-2019 Team Co-Captain in the America Inns of Court Michael R.N. McDonnell Chapter and is a Collier County Bar Association member. Haut is also a member of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Growing Associates in Naples™ (GAIN™) Class of 2019.
