Jeff Roush Joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP as Director of Construction Services

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP has announced today that Jeff Roush has joined the firm as Director of Construction Services.

Roush brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction management industry to Hahn Loeser, having served in senior-level construction and project management positions on numerous projects for Cleveland agencies, hospitals, education departments and private sector companies.

Roush joins the more than 20 dedicated professionals in Hahn Loeser’s Construction Team who have experience in every facet of construction law and represent contractors, design builders, developers, specialty contractors, vendors and surety companies across Ohio and throughout the United States.

Roush most recently served as the Director of Construction at University Hospitals where he led the planning, design and construction services program at the UH Cleveland Medical Center. He oversaw project delivery at UH’s main campus through project initiation, programming, budgeting, design, bidding, pre-construction, construction and activation.

Prior to UH, Roush led the construction management, general contracting, interiors and carpentry and special projects group at Marous Brothers Construction. Moreover, Roush’s background includes 25 years as a project controls, scheduling, and claims consultant having performed integral roles on a wide array of projects.  Notable among his many projects was the Cleveland Clinic Heart Center, UH Seidman Cancer Center, Ohio State University Larkins Hall, Dublin Jerome High School, The Cleveland Zoo’s RainForest, and Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Roush earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University where he graduated cum laude in construction management/construction technology.
