Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Brittany A. Mallow has joined the Cleveland office as an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area. Mallow helps clients with complex workplace issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from hiring through termination. She has experience handling complex litigation and assisting clients with various employment documents, including non-compete and separation agreements, policies and procedures, and employee handbooks.

Bringing several years of prior experience at Cleveland law firms, Mallow also handles matters dealing with subrogation, OSHA compliance, breach of contract, and trade secret claims. Her professional experience includes a diverse background in management, the service industry, and corporate business.
A native of Maryland, Mallow earned both her J.D. and MBA from Cleveland State University in 2019, where she was awarded Best Petitioner’s Brief and advanced to the final four at a national moot court competition. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University and holds Certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership from the University of South Florida. v
