Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP Welcomes Partner Andrew Woods to Naples Office

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew M. Woods, who joined the Naples office as a partner in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area. Woods focuses his practice on estate planning, including sophisticated wealth transfers for high-net-worth clients, and representation of fiduciaries with the administration of estates and trusts.

Selected to Florida Super Lawyers in each of the last five years, Woods advises business owners across various industries in business formation, ownership structuring, business succession planning, mergers and acquisition transactions, and general corporate matters.

Woods is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to spending the last 11 years at law firms, he served as a tax consultant. Active in the Collier County Bar Association, Woods previously served as the Chair of its Trusts and Estates Section.

Woods earned both his J.D. and LLM from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, graduating cum laude. He is also a graduate of the American College of Trusts and Estates Council (ACTEC) Florida Fellows Institute.
