Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP continues to expand its Immigration Practice to meet growing demand from US employers, multinational organizations, talent agencies, individual athletes and artists, foreign investors, EB-5 organizations, along with family sponsorship, navigating an increasingly complex U.S. immigration landscape. As part of that growth, Deepika Sathe has joined the firm’s Tampa office as an associate following The Florida Supreme Court’s recent swearing-in ceremony.
“I am excited to welcome Deepika as our newest immigration law associate. She enters the field with a genuine commitment to helping our clients with their immigration needs, bringing her personal journey through the immigration process and her contributions to the Gulf Coast Legal Services Immigration Clinic while attending Stetson Law,” said Immigration Practice Group Chair Catherine R. Henin-Clark. “Her ability to develop tailored strategies and communicate with empathy will be a tremendous asset to clients making consequential decisions for their organizations, careers and families.”
Sathe’s work with Hahn Loeser’s expanding Immigration team, will include advising clients on P-1 and O-1 visas, employment-based visas, family-based immigration and workforce mobility.
Sathe recently earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a member of the Dispute Resolution Board, representing the school in regional and national competitions. She also holds a master’s degree in social psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mumbai. She is fluent in Hindi and Marathi languages.
