Hahn Loeser and Parker Revenue Growth Strategies Complete Out of Court Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors for Northeast Ohio Construction Company

Daniel A. DeMarco

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP, together with Parker Revenue Growth Strategies, recently completed an Out of Court Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) involving a multi-million-dollar Northeast Ohio commercial construction company. Partner Daniel A. DeMarco led Hahn Loeser’s team, with support from Aaron S. Evenchik, Philip K. Stovall and Matthew F. Wagner.

The engagement involved the orderly wind-down of the company through an Out of Court Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, providing an efficient, extra-judicial alternative to bankruptcy. The process included asset monetization, contract resolution, creditor negotiations, and coordination with lenders, surety providers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked together with William Parker and Parker Revenue Growth Strategies on this important engagement,” said DeMarco. “The collaborative effort among the restructuring team and key stakeholders helped create a smooth, organized process that preserved value, reduced disruption, and brought this complex matter to a successful resolution.”

William H. Parker served as chief restructuring officer throughout the engagement, working alongside Hahn Loeser to evaluate restructuring alternatives, oversee the wind-down process, preserve asset value, and maximize recoveries for creditors.
