Women Lawyers of Franklin County, in conjunction with the Columbus Bar Association, has a new mentoring and networking program, the Dining Circle Initiative.
This program, started in Columbus by WLFC board member and networking chair Kerry Renker Green, groups together eight to 10 women of varying professional backgrounds for dinner once each month during the program year. Over the course of the year, experienced members of the Bar, members of the board of trustees, judges and WLFC leadership will visit each Dining Circle group at least once, providing an opportunity for group members to interact and network with local leaders in the legal profession. Currently there are 170 attorneys participating in the program.
