Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Eugene E. Endress will rejoin the firm’s Litigation Practice Area in the Chicago office.
Endress, who was an associate at Hahn Loeser from 2017 – 2018, left to take an in-house position as an estimator with a family-owned company — Illini Precast LLC — where he valued prospective construction projects involving structural and architectural precast concrete. Endress returns to Hahn Loeser, where he will focus his practice on commercial and construction litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, business torts, trade secret, consumer class action, antitrust, intellectual property and other matters.
Endress was named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 – 2018 and was a 2016 Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Pro Bono Honoree.
Steven E. Feldman, Managing Partner of Hahn Loeser’s Chicago office and Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, stated, “We’re thrilled to have Gene back with our litigation team. His in-house experience will be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
Endress earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2011 and a B.A. in Philosophy and B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois in 2008, where he graduated with high honors. He served on the Executive Board for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and received numerous academic awards while in law school. He was an extern for the Irish Centre for Human Rights in Galway and the Circuit Court of Cook County, and spent five months working in the Vanderbilt Appellate Litigation Clinic.
