Christopher Cheh Joins Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP’s Cleveland Office

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher T. Cheh, who joined the Cleveland office as an associate attorney in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area. Cheh assists individuals and families in wealth transfer planning through the creation of wills, living trusts, and irrevocable trusts, while implementing strategies to protect assets and maximize wealth preservation.

Cheh also handles all aspects of probate and trust administration matters, working closely with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, counseling them on the probate process, drafting probate documents, and resolving issues.

“We are very excited for Chris along with the skills and experience he brings to our team and clients,” remarked Rocco Debitetto, Chair of Hahn Loeser’s Business Practice Area. “Our Trusts and Estates group has a growing number of long-term relationships with clients that he will soon play a key role in. Chris will help clients navigate the estate planning process and resolve their potential tax issues.”

A Northeast Ohio native, Cheh previously served as an associate at a small Cleveland law firm where he first began working as a law clerk. He focused on estate planning, probate, and trust administration assisted clients in tax and corporate transactional matters, commercial finance and real estate matters.

Cheh graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2016 where he participated in the law school’s Civil Litigation Clinic.  He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from The University of Dayton. 

Cheh is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
