Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Adam C. Sims, who joined the Columbus office as an associate attorney in the firm’s growing Litigation Practice Area.

Sims’ wide array of litigation experience includes business and commercial, real estate, landlord/tenant, and professional malpractice. He assists clients at all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, researching, drafting pleadings and motions, and appellate work. In addition, Sims has transactional experience in construction liens, leases, employment agreements, sales of small businesses, and general contract matters.
Sims earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2015, his M.A.R. from Yale University in 2012, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2010. While in law school, Sims served as Chief Managing Editor for the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, participated in Moot Court, and served as an intern for the Franklin County Public Defender.
