Primary Practices

As a middle market business attorney, Gregory M. Nolfi has extensive experience in general corporate and transactions with an emphasis on closely held and family businesses. Greg also focuses his practice in the healthcare and real estate industries.

In the healthcare industry, Greg served as outside general counsel to a local hospital for more than 15 years, handling all aspects of the hospital’s representation, including transactional and compliance matters. In addition, Greg oversaw all of the hospital’s contractual relationships with physicians as well as joint ventures with ancillary providers, financing arrangements, provider contracts and medical staff, governance, and regulatory issues. Greg continues to be involved in hospital/physician transactions including contractual arrangements between providers and hospital systems and practice acquisitions.

Greg’s real estate expertise includes the negotiation of purchase and sale of commercial real estate as well as all forms of leasing transactions. Greg has extensive experience with environmental audits and other due diligence related to the purchase and sale of real estate.

Greg has acted as the liaison between clients and other professionals at Hahn Loeser for matters outside his area of expertise. Greg’s experience includes counseling owners of these businesses on succession planning issues as well as representing clients in sophisticated asset and stock acquisitions. In addition, he has helped clients negotiate and draft of a variety of contracts and agreements.

Greg has counseled his clients in the establishment of operations and/or relationships outside of the U.S., including the construction of manufacturing facilities in Mexico and China as well as business, joint venture and strategic-alliance arrangements around the world. Greg also has represented foreign entities in both the acquisition and disposition of U.S. companies.
