Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Bonie S. Montalvo and Phoebe S. Wise have joined the Naples office as associates.

Montalvo focuses her legal practice in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, tax planning and nonprofit law. She works with individual and corporate clients to understand their estate planning goals and devises tailored plans to help clients meet their goals while maximizing tax advantage.
Before arriving at Hahn Loeser, Montalvo was an associate with Wood, Buckel & Carmichael. She received her LL.M in Taxation, cum laude, and her J.D. cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University. Montalvo is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Collier County Bar Association. She is also active in the Naples community and was awarded the Legal Aid Attorney of the Month by Legal Aid of Collier County in March 2018.
Wise dedicates her practice to representing clients in civil matters including breach of contract, insurance disputes and products liability. She has extensive experience drafting pleadings, arguing motions, conducting depositions and attending mediations and arbitrations. A former public defender, Wise previously represented indigent clients in felony, misdemeanor, first appearances in court and successfully litigated more than 100 adjudicatory hearings and trials.
Prior to Hahn Loeser, Wise was an associate at Austin & Laurato, P.A. and an Assistant Public Defender for the Law Office of Julianne Holt. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, where she was on the Dean’s List, and her B.S. from University of Miami.
