Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP Welcomes Radha Desai to Columbus Office

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Radha Desai joined the firm’s Columbus office as an Associate in its Litigation Practice Area.

Desai will focus on matters involving business and commercial disputes, civil litigation and immigration law. She will handle cases at all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings, and researching and drafting motions.

“Radha brings an incredible passion to the Firm,” said Leslie S. Johnson Partner-in-Charge of the Columbus office. “She seizes opportunities to bring justice to complex situations and adds value to our growing litigation practice.”

Desai was most recently an associate at a boutique law firm in Brooklyn, where she represented clients in numerous complex settlements involving international child custody issues and the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. She also served as a law clerk managing domestic violence, criminal, guardianship, and juvenile cases for Judge Mark A. Baber of the Hudson County Superior Court.

While in law school, Desai devoted much of her time to in anti-human trafficking initiatives, serving as a legal intern at Sanctuary for Families, Human Rights First and the office of Judge Toko Serita.

Desai earned her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law in 2016, where she was a member of the CUNY Law Review’s Executive Articles Team. She received her B.A. from Fordham University in 2011.

She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and New York.
