Danielle Humphries Selected as Finalist for San Diego Magazine’s Celebrating Women Industry Leader Award

Danielle C. Humphries

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP partner Danielle Humphries has been selected as a finalist for San Diego Magazine’s Celebrating Women Industry Leader Award based on her significant career achievements, the mentorship she provides to her colleagues, her compassion for others, and her dedication to improving the San Diego community.

Humphries, a partner at Hahn Loeser and Chair of the firm’s San Diego Trusts & Estates practice group, has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor with experience, insight and sophistication to help her clients navigate complex issues both from a legal and business perspective. Her practice focuses on trusts and estates, including estate planning, wealth transfer and preservation, business succession planning, trust administration, probate, and probate litigation.

An active Board Member of Promises2Kids, Humphries chairs its Philanthropy Committee, which leads initiatives to support the diverse needs of more than 3,000 San Diego foster children. She has also been a driving force in Hahn Loeser’s continued support of The San Diego Museum of Art, most recently through its sponsorship of the Museum’s free admission program for kids age 17 and under in San Diego County.

This acknowledgment is one of a long list of accolades recently earned by Humphries. In 2018, she was one of only 25 prominent women selected from hundreds of nominees for the “Business Women of the Year” award from the San Diego Business Journal.  Earlier this year she was named by SD Metro Magazine as one of the “2019 Best Attorneys in San Diego”.  Throughout her career, Humphries has earned a “Best of the Bar” award by the San Diego Business Journal, multiple awards by the San Diego Daily Transcript as a San Diego “Top Attorney” in the category of Estate Planning/Probate and Trust/Tax, and a San Diego Super Lawyers® Rising Star designation. She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law.

The 2019 Celebrating Women Finalists will be honored on September 24 at a reception at The New Children’s Museum in downtown San Diego. Winners will be announced in the following categories: Women of the Year, Industry Leader, Nonprofit Visionary, Rising Star and Military Service.
