Hahn Loeser is pleased to announce the successful closing by our client, BestDrive, LLC (a subsidiary of Continental Tire the Americas) with the purchase of Brahler’s Trucker’s Supply. Brahler’s operates commercial vehicle and truck (CVT) retail and retread operations. They operate through their stores located in Illinois and Missouri. Hahn Loeser and Continental’s counsel working strongly together with the CVT business unit in Fort Mill, SC as well as with Continental’s AG’s M&A Department out of Hannover, Germany – Hahn Loeser was able to productively negotiate and close this transaction in an expedited manner.
