Four attorneys from Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP’s Florida offices have been named to the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists in the 2016 edition of Super Lawyers magazine. The partners selected to the list of Super Lawyers are: Jeanne L. Seewald (Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business/Corporate Lawyer), Theodore L. Tripp, Jr. (Business Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution Lawyer), and Andrew J. Krause (Estate Planning & Probate Lawyer).
The partner selected to the list of Rising Stars is: Jamie B. Schwinghamer (Estate & Trust Litigation, Business Litigation Lawyer).
Super Lawyers and Rising Stars are selected using peer nominations and evaluations in combination with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, and selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The final published list of Super Lawyers represents no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state, and the list of Rising Stars (attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less) represents no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
