Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Anthony Rao III has joined the firm’s Naples office as an associate in its Litigation Practice. Rao focuses his practice on commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, probate and trust disputes, insurance-related litigation, and other business-related controversies. He brings experience representing business owners, executives, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals in contested matters involving significant financial and personal interests.

Prior to HLP, Rao maintained a broad litigation practice involving disputes concerning closely held business interests, valuation issues, and the ownership, control, and distribution of significant assets. His experience includes all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery through motion practice, mediation, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation. He has also worked closely with financial professionals and other experts in matters involving complex financial records and business-related issues.
A native New Yorker, Rao earned both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from New York University before receiving his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia and was recently recognized by Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2026. Rising Stars recognizes the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger and have been practicing for 10 years or less.
