Anthony Rao III (“Tony”) is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Litigation Practice Group based in the firm’s Naples office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, probate and trust disputes, and other business-related controversies.
Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Tony maintained a litigation practice representing business owners, executives, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals in the sports and entertainment industries. He has experience handling complex disputes from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and resolution. His matters have involved closely held business interests, valuation disputes, and litigation concerning the ownership, management, and distribution of significant assets.
Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, Tony brings a multi-jurisdictional perspective to litigation and focuses on delivering practical, strategic solutions tailored to his clients’ objectives.
Originally from New York City, Tony practiced law in Atlanta before relocating to Southwest Florida.
