Biography

Randy Hart is co-chair of both its Utilities and Regulatory Law Practice Group and its Telecommunications Practice Group. Randy focuses his practice in the Litigation Area. He has represented clients in Ohio and on a national level in various cellular and wireless telecommunications matters, as well as extensive experience in regulation of coin-operated telephone companies and interexchange carriers. Randy is AV^® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
