Rocco I. Debitetto focuses his practice in the Creditors’ Rights, Reorganization and Bankruptcy Area. He represents creditors, both secured and unsecured, creditor's committees, indenture trustees, trustees and debtors in numerous reorganization proceedings.

Rocco is involved in the community with a number of pro bono projects, including Wills for Heroes, a program which provides free wills to emergency first responders. He is also active in a number of bar associations, and is currently serving on the board of directors of the Cleveland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Additionally, Rocco serves as a Commissioner for the Ohio High School Rugby Association, which oversees, regulates, and develops youth rugby in the State of Ohio.
