Jeffrey A. Brauer represents clients in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitration proceedings, with an emphasis in complex commercial litigation. His experience includes contract disputes, business torts, securities, intellectual property, product liability and healthcare. He represents various lenders, secured creditors, general creditors, equipment lessors, and debtors in bankruptcy, federal, and state court proceedings including matters involving receiverships, commercial foreclosures, and collections. Jeff also represents owners and general contractors in a variety of construction-related matters, including all aspects of large-scale commercial construction litigation.

In 2009, Jeff was awarded the Statewide Community Service Award for Attorneys 40 and Under by the Ohio State Bar Foundation. The Community Service Award is presented to attorneys, 40 years of age or younger, who contribute substantial time and effort in service to a local social service, or a local civic, artistic or cultural organization. It is given to honorees in each of the OSBA Districts, and the statewide award recipient is chosen from these district honorees. In 2008, Jeff was awarded the District Community Service Award for Cuyahoga County.

Among his other accomplishments, Jeff is listed in the 2005-07 lists of "Ohio Rising Stars" by Ohio Super Lawyers. He is also AV^® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest available rating for legal ability and professional ethics.
