As a partner at Hahn Loeser focusing on business litigation and civil trial practice, Ted provides clients with solutions to complex, high-risk conflicts. He is passionate about imparting the highest caliber of service to his clients, especially when they require sophisticated legal expertise.

As a business litigation attorney, Ted brings resolution to his clients’ legal issues efficiently and cost effectively. He finds the experience professionally and personally gratifying and sees courtroom advocacy as a privilege and a pleasure.

Acting as lead trial counsel in business litigation and land use disputes, Ted represents landowners, businesses and municipal and county governments in multimillion-dollar litigation. He has also represented individuals, banking institutions, developers, contractors and governmental entities in the trial and appellate review stages of complex civil disputes.

At Hahn Loeser

Ted’s commercial litigation attorney work focuses on the trial of complex civil lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has acted as lead trial counsel in commercial litigation land use disputes and litigated complex matters in jury and non-jury trials. Representative clients include banking institutions, developers, contractors and private individuals.

Serving as lead counsel, he has briefed and argued cases in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for both the Fifth and the Eleventh Circuits, the Florida Supreme Court and four of five Florida District Courts of Appeal.

The team also successfully defended a $30 million counterclaim for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, following an eight-day trial in federal court.
