Sohan D. Manek’s practice is focused on general corporate law. He works diligently on managing and coordinating transactions to bring about successful outcomes for his clients.
Sohan has wide transactional experience, including in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and capital markets. He has experience drafting and reviewing offering documentation, underwriting agreements, SEC registration statements, auditor comfort packages, indemnity agreements, nondisclosure agreements and press releases. Additionally, he has taken the lead on due diligence processes for large scale transactions and offerings.
Sohan has also represented a variety of clients, including financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, biotech companies and sovereigns. He has worked with these entities in their capacities as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, buyers and sellers. He looks to support his clients in all aspects of their operations, including issues of corporate structure and governance.
