Summary

Nevenka S. Whitworth has experience maintaining and controlling litigation cases: organizing pleadings and discovery using document management software, and assisting with case development. Nevenka assists with factual and legal research. She also assists attorneys with all aspects in preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations/arbitrations and trials. Nevenka co-authored a collection on judgments manual for the firm.

Nevenka has experience coordinating assistance from outside vendors including court reporters and interpreters/translators, both nationally and internationally for depositions and document reviews; preparing and implementing electronic presentation of videos and exhibits at trials; and assisting attorneys in planning, creating and implementing mock jury presentations using trial presentation software. She has acted as moderator for mock jury trials and organized debriefing of jurors. Nevenka is responsible for and assisted in hiring, monitoring, training and delegating discovery assignments to contract attorneys, paralegals, clerks and temporary help in large cases.
