Nathaniel J. Ehrman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on commercial cases. He embraces the challenge of problem solving—and litigation allows Nathan to do just that, conducting extensive research and formulating strategies to help clients solve problems and achieve their goals.

Nathan’s experience includes complex business litigation, class actions, non-compete clauses, contractual disputes, and property torts. He has experience drafting research memoranda, motions, complaints and a variety of other legal documents. Nathan recently was part of a trial team and assisted in drafting a variety of motions in preparation for trial. As part of his involvement in the trial, Nathan successfully argued jury instructions before the judge.
