Mark is a partner in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Estate Planning, Wealth Transfer & Preservation Section. He is an OSBA Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

In his work as an estate planning lawyer, Mark has worked extensively with corporate trustees, financial planners and consultants, insurance agents and accountants, and has expertise in the administration of trusts and estates in probate courts in all counties in Northeast Ohio, as well as in other states. Mark also has significant experience in family and succession planning for closely held businesses and has served as general counsel for numerous closely held and family businesses, with clients ranging from smaller, newly formed businesses to long-established, substantial entities. He also offers general representation.
Mark is a founding member and past chairman of the Estate Planning Advisory Council at Case Western Reserve University and a board member of the Lakeview Cemetery Association Foundation. He is also a member of the Planned Giving committee of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has been a member of the Planned Giving Committee of the Cleveland Museum of Art since 2002. He has been a member of the Cleveland Skating Club since 1982, serving on the board of trustees from 1993-96 and a member of the Union Club since 2005.
Mark lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio, with his wife and has four adult children and three grandchildren.
