Mariclaire Soulsby's experience includes maintaining and controlling litigation cases: coordinating and implementing Microsoft Access and Summation databases; organizing, numbering and indexing documents; organizing pleadings, depositions and deposition exhibits; assisting with case development; coordinating coverage for all case-related deadlines; performing medical and FOIA records requests; preparing and serving various forms of subpoena; and preparing summaries with regard to depositions, medical records and document production.

She also assists with factual drafting of pleadings; legal research; proofreading, cite checking and Shepardize legal memoranda and other documents. Mariclaire has experience assisting attorneys at depositions, hearings, mediations/arbitrations, trials and settlement negotiations; coordinating all aspects of outside vendor assistance; preparing and organizing witness notebooks; preparing demonstrative evidence; and assisting with witness preparation, voir dire and jury questionnaires. She is proficient with the entire Microsoft Office package, including Access, Excel and PowerPoint. Mariclaire assists with firm-wide technical support on Summation and with all aspects of litigation practice. She is the former senior asbestos litigation paralegal with management responsibilities for all aspects of complex products liability litigation (personal injury and property damage).
