Kyle Overs is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group who specializes in complex, business, and trust litigation. He represents clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies to single member Limited Liability Companies. He has extensive experience defending class action lawsuits involving consumer related claims, including California’s Unfair Competition Law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

He has experience in all aspects of litigation from case intake through trial and appeal in federal and state courts, including the taking of numerous depositions and dispositive motion practice.
Kyle is a recipient of the Wiley M. Manual Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California and the Outstanding Service Award from the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. He is also an active member of the Welsh Inn of Court.
