Kate B. Wexler is a corporate attorney with over 14 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, securities, public finance, compliance and general corporate matters. She has served as a corporate associate within law firms and as in-house counsel to a large public company.
Kate has advised clients from a broad range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities compliance, and general corporate matters. Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including stock and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, credit and security agreements and commercial leases.
