Kari R. Roush focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation and has experience with cases of varying size and complexity in both state and federal court. Kari has experience with a wide array of legal issues including contracts, fraud, torts, trade secrets, consumer protection, real estate, environmental and construction.

Kari has experience with all phases of litigation, including trial, motion practice, depositions, and management of large-scale electronic discovery. She has also taken part in both arbitration and mediation. Kari most recently participated in a multi-million dollar arbitration hearing involving claims for breach of contract and breach of warranty.
