Jeanne Seewald serves as a member of Hahn Loeser’s Board of Directors and focuses her practice on intellectual property, general business, and mergers and acquisitions.
Of the 105,000 licensed attorneys in Florida, Jeanne is one of only 135 Florida attorneys that are board certified in intellectual property law.

Jeanne works with clients ranging from startups to established companies. As an intellectual property and business attorney, she provides advice in the areas of trademark and copyright registration, trademark portfolio management, trademark and domain name dispute resolution, trademark and patent licensing, software licensing, e-commerce, technology and Internet-related matters.
She also represents museums, foundations and other nonprofit institutions in a variety of intellectual property issues including, in particular, copyright issues relating to acquisitions, licensing and e-commerce.
Jeanne enjoys practicing law and working with her clients to establish and protect their intellectual property and, in particular, their brand strategies.
Jeanne is past chair of the Intellectual Property Law Committee of The Florida Bar and is past chair of The Florida Bar Intellectual Property Law Board Certification Committee, which is tasked with designing and grading the exam for IP board certification. She served as president of the Collier County Bar Association from 2012 to 2013, president of the Collier County Bar Foundation from 2011 to 2012 and president of the Collier County Women’s Bar Association from 2003 to 2005.
In addition, Jeanne has served on the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2005, currently serving as Vice Chair of Governance, and serving in the past as chair of the Member Services Committee from 2003 to 2005, as chair of the Membership Advancement Committee from 2005 to 2007, and as vice chair from 2007 to 2010. She also serves on the editorial boards of Gulfshore Business and eBella magazines.
In her free time, Jeanne enjoys spending time at the beach and boating in beautiful Naples, Florida.
