Daniel Pesciotta is a skilled litigation associate who enjoys the challenge of developing solutions to his clients’ complex commercial needs. Dan’s experience includes complex business litigation, class actions, products liability, construction disputes, and appeals in both state and federal court. He also has experience with a variety of constitutional issues, including defamation, Fourth Amendment privacy issues, and federal civil rights litigation.

Dan’s trial experience includes sitting second chair on a civil rights jury trial in federal court, in which he delivered the opening statement, examined and cross-examined witnesses, and argued jury instructions in open court. He also has experience conducting corporate compliance investigations for a Fortune 100 company.
