As a partner in the Intellectual Property Group in Hahn Loeser’s Cleveland office, Amanda focuses her practice primarily on patent and trademark law, and on transactions relating to intellectual property. In her work as an intellectual property and patent lawyer, she brings a wealth of intellectual property and technology experience, including counseling related to the protection of intellectual property and procurement of trademark, patent and copyright rights, as well as performing clearance, right-to-practice, non-infringement and invalidity searches, and issuing opinions relating to the same, in addition to a variety of transactional experience.
Amanda’s interest in intellectual property law arose from her background in chemistry and biochemistry. Her original interests were in patent law and licensing, but her artistic and creative sides also drew her to practice in the field of trademarks and trade dress.
Amanda cares deeply about her clients and their businesses and works hard to help them succeed.
