Representative Real Estate Transactions: representing individual, corporate and institutional clients in complex real estate transactions, as well as the typical acquisition, development, leasing and/or disposition of their business plants and facilities.
Real Estate Financing: conventional and tax exempt real estate financings representing clients involved in synthetic leasing in public-private partnership transactions, tax increment financing and various HUD financing programs; representing the Agent or Trustee in syndicated financings and mortgaged backed securities; and representing both borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of credit facilities.
Real Estate Workout and Litigation: representing owners and mortgagors of troubled real estate projects, through debt restructuring, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and foreclosure; acquiring and disposing of real estate through bankruptcy, reorganization and receivership proceedings, working through complex creditor and real estate issues.
