On June 26, 2014 and June 30, 3014, the United States Supreme Court issued two long-awaited rulings in the cases of National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning, et al., Case No. 12-1291 (June 24, 2014) and Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., Case Nos. 13-354, 13-356 (June 30, 2014).
These decisions could cause employers to review and revise their employment policies and practices in order prevent such cases from happening in the future.
