Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP Elects Three New Partners

Allison B. Christensen, Christina T. Hassel

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is excited to announce three attorneys – Allison Bentley Christensen, Christina T. Hassel and A.J. Hensel – have been elected to the firm’s partnership based on their professional achievements, their depth of legal experience and their dedication to client service.

“We are pleased to have our newly elected partners continue their hard work for our firm and their clients. Allison, Christina and A.J. have unique and valuable skill sets that allow them to exceed client expectations and we look forward to relying on their strengths as our firm continues to grow,” commented Marc J. Kessler, Hahn Loeser’s CEO and Managing Partner.

Christensen is a member of the firm’s litigation practice in its Naples, Florida office. She counsels clients on commercial litigation, real estate and construction contracts, business transactions, business torts, business disputes, will and trust contests, disputed estate and trust administrations, guardianship litigation, and appeals. Christensen has unique experience with securities, sports and intellectual property law – a broad range of experience that allows her to uncover hidden problems in complex cases and create custom solutions in response. Christensen earned her J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 2009 and her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan in 2006. Keeping in touch with her Midwestern roots, she is licensed to practice in both Florida and Michigan, and often assists with probate and trust administration for fellow Michigan natives.

Hassel works in the firm’s litigation practice where she focuses mainly on commercial litigation, including both individual and class action disputes regarding contracts, business torts, fraud, consumer protection defense, unfair and deceptive trade practices, ADA, and intellectual property, as well as appellate litigation. In addition to her litigation practice, Hassel has extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements in areas including IT, real estate leasing, intellectual property, licensing, marketing and human resources. Hassel earned her J.D., magna cum laude, and her Bachelor’s, cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2008 and 2005, respectively. Hassel was recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers for the years of 2014, 2015 and 2018.

Hensel practices in the areas of commercial litigation and business law, OSHA litigation, and trade secret protection/litigation. He represents and provides counsel to individuals and small businesses across Ohio in all aspects of civil litigation, risk mitigation and policy initiatives. Clients rely on Hensel’s experience in both state and federal courts to achieve their goals. Hensel earned his Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001 and served as an officer in the U.S. Army for five years, achieving the rank of Captain. He was recognized for his leadership while serving in Iraq with a Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal. Following his service, Hensel graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2009 and has been recognized as an Ohio Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers since 2013.
