Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher R. Mykytiak has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Mr. Mykytiak joins Hahn Loeser’s Business Practice Area and will continue to focus his legal practice in the areas of commercial and corporate real estate. He has experience representing clients in commercial and corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Mr. Mykytiak also has significant experience handling the real estate aspects of corporate and private equity transactions, including mergers and stock and asset deals. He has represented numerous lenders in various middle market commercial financing transactions, including loan originations, workouts and foreclosures.
